Eating whatever you want for as little as possible

Cooking after a long day can sometimes be such an ask so last thing you want, is to have to dwell on how much money you just spent on 4 items and a stick of gum.
Keeping costs low is an absolute must and I believe the only way to ensure this, is to shop around at different supermarkets. Don't be afraid to shop around because as the consumer, the choice is all there for you.
I have personally found that my food shops work out slightly cheaper when i buy certain things in certain places. I prefer getting my bread from ALDI because i believe their bakery is undefeated in taste and price but Tesco's regularly have 3 for £3 deals on my coconut milk. So in order to keep your costs down, shop around. They're all competitors for a reason.
Don't think just because it's branded, it must be better (with the exception with certain things like ketchup).
Taking the time to explore your options can be fun if you make. Making shopping and cooking fun will make everything feel like less of a chore.
